It means deep sigh or moan. That whole statement in Greek translates to it intercedes for us in deep sigh or moaning when we are unable to interpret how we feel. Of course I’m paraphrasing.</p>

Commentaries have their place but I always refer back to Paul commending the Bereans for searching the scriptures themselves to see if what Paul was speaking truth. I feel as long as people know where the stand with God it shouldn&#8217;t be. we have the power to go to battle as long as we call upon the Lord. in Jude even Michael wouldn&#8217;t go toe to toe with Lucifer but said &#8220;may the Lord rebuke you&#8221;.
