<p>PARAGRAPH STUDY</p>
<p>What has stood out for me the most in this particular chapter is the way in which paragraphs can be related.  I had never known that parts of speech,  I.e nouns, verbs, pronouns, adverbs and adjectives would be a factor while studying the Bible. The knowledge of their definitions and usage is quite important&hellip;</p>

<p>Very true. The book of Acts entails the actions (miracles) of the apostles, through the help of the Holy Spirit. These miracles not only strengthened the faith of the apostles, but also added to the body of Christ,  in that, when some people saw the miracles, they believed and were saved. </p>

<p>If my memory serves me right, the four main purposes of the Bible include: teaching doctrine, reproof, correction and teaching righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16-17). </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Reading the Bible in context is important to avoid misinterpretation.  Some Bible verses are highly misused because they are not read in context.  For example,  I have come across a large number of people who use  Romans 3:23 to justify living in sin. It is necessary to understand the context the verse before applying it in life.</p>
