Our Online Bible Institute is NOT Affiliated in any way with either of these ministries. We just think that the courses they offer are excellent if you are in a financial position to purchase them. You will need to purchase the Courses through them. The Courses are on the Udemy platform.
NT Wright Online offers Certifications for completing groups of the courses. Each Certification contains between 4 – 7 courses. At JMBIS, we will transfer in each completed Certification as 2 courses once you send us a copy of the Certification and a 500 word paper for each course in the Certification (i.e. if there are five courses in the Certification you would need to write a total of five papers each being at least 500 words on three things that impacted you as you were taking the course). The Certifications currently available are:
Knowing Jesus
Which consists of the courses Simply Jesus, Simply Good News, The Day the Revolution Began, The Resurrection of the Son of God, and Surprised By the God of Hope.
Kingdom Living
Which consists of the courses The Public Life of the People of Christ, The Lord’s Prayer, Faith Working through Love, Reading Scripture in Public, Worldviews the Bible and the Believer, Themes in the Gospel of John, and 15 Essential Biblical Texts.
Paul and the Prison Letters
Which consists of the courses Paul: A Biography, Paul and His Letter to the Ephesians, Paul and His Letter to the Philippians, Paul and His Letter to the Colossians, and Paul and His Letter to Philemon.
Theological Foundations
Which consists of the courses Paul and His Letter to the Romans Part 1, Paul and His Letter to the Romans Part 2, Paul and His Letter to the Romans Part 3, Paul and His Letter to the Galatians, and History and Eschatology Part One.
Church Foundations
Which consists of the courses The Acts of the Apostles, Paul’s First Letter to Corinth Part One, Paul’s First Letter to Corinth Part Two, and Paul’s Second Letter to Corinth.
Old Testament Foreshadows of Christ
Which consists of the courses The Storied World of the Bible, Book of Daniel, The Servant King, The Book of Genesis, and Selections from the Psalms Parts One & Two.
