We are grateful to serve students from many different countries and language backgrounds.
While our courses are written and taught in English, students are able to participate successfully by using free translation tools available online. These tools can help you read course materials, understand lessons, and complete assignments in your preferred language.
You do not need to be fluent in English to take part in these courses.
Translating the Website and Course Pages
Many web browsers, such as Google Chrome, offer built-in translation.
You may be able to:
Translate the entire website into your language
Read lesson content and instructions in your preferred language
Navigate the course platform more easily
If your browser offers translation, simply select your language when prompted.
Translating PDF Course Materials
Most of our lessons are provided as PDF files. You can download these files and translate them using free tools.
A simple approach is to:
Download the PDF lesson
Upload it to a free online document translator
Select your preferred language
Download and read the translated version
These tools can help you understand the lesson in your own language.
Please note that translation may not always be perfect. If something is unclear, feel free to ask for help.
Understanding Video Lessons
Many of our video lessons are hosted on YouTube.
You can view subtitles in your language by:
Opening the video
Clicking the “CC” (captions) button
Clicking the Settings (gear icon)
Selecting Subtitles → Auto-translate
Choosing your language
This will display subtitles to help you follow along with the teaching.
Completing Assignments and Activity Responses
Throughout your courses, you will be asked to complete:
Assignments
Lesson reflections
Site-wide activity responses after each lesson
These responses are an important part of your learning and spiritual formation.
You are welcome to use translation tools when completing your work.
You may:
Write your responses in English using translation tools
Or write in your preferred language if that helps you express your thoughts clearly
Our focus is not on perfect grammar, but on:
Your understanding of the material
Your engagement with Scripture
Your personal reflection
Please take time to respond thoughtfully. These activities are designed to help you grow, not simply to complete a requirement.
To help maintain a consistent and manageable learning pace, we accept no more than one assignment submission per day for grading, even if you are enrolled in multiple courses.
If needed, we may occasionally ask follow-up questions to better understand your response.
A Note on Learning
Translation tools are helpful, but they are not perfect.
As you study:
Take your time
Focus on understanding the main ideas
Reflect on how the lesson applies to your life
If something is unclear, please ask. We are here to help.
We Are Here to Support You
If you have questions or need assistance:
Reach out for clarification
Ask about anything that is confusing
Let us know how we can support you
We are committed to helping you grow in your faith and understanding.
Final Encouragement
No matter where you are in the world, you are welcome here.
Our desire is not simply to provide information,
but to walk with you as you grow in Christ.
